Bintan, Indonesia

Wow, what an incredible opportunity! With absolutely no planning involved, I discovered that a good friend from Duke was here in Singapore the same week as us. It turns out that he as only passing through Singapore on his way to his Villa in Bintan, Indonesia. He invited me, Mike and Richard to come down and reserved a 2-bedroom "Pool"-Villa for the night. Here's a picture of Mike and me chilling by the pool that is in our Villa.

Our villa is about 3600 sq ft and is really big. We have a two bedroom unit and there's one bedroom on each side of the pool. The pool is not very deep, but it is very picturesque. Here's another picture of the pool by the Treetop's restaurant. This place is just amazing.

I'm hoping that we'll have time to play while we're here, but so far, we've been stuck in the rooms working (good thing they have internet!) There's still a bunch of pressure to get wafers tested by tomorrow morning and we're pushing hard to meet that deadline.
