It happened on 2 days after Ainsley's Birthday and it was quite a surprise for all of us, even Ashtyn. On our way to the Primary Program practice, I looked in the rearview mirror as Ashtyn was telling me about her day at school. I stopped her and said, "Ashtyn, are you missing something? Did your tooth fallout?" She thought for a second, feeling the hole with her tongue, and said "Yes, I did lose my tooth today. I'm not sure where I lost it though. I must have eaten it for lunch!?" Ha! Ha!
This was a "Colorado Brown First", and it was exciting to have the Tooth Fairy come and pay Ashtyn's pillow a visit. Since Ashtyn didn't have the tooth anymore, she wrote the Tooth Fairy a little note, which was exchanged for a crisp $1 bill!
