This was our awesome little three bedroom cabin in Vallecito Lake. On day 5, we spent the entire afternoon around the cabin, playing, laughing, and having a really great day.
In the morning, we visited the children's Discovery Museum in Durango. It was free admission with our discovery membership, which was awesome. It was a little small, but we were pretty much the only people there, which made it REALLY fun!
This is the coolest marble elevator that we've ever seen. It just kept going the entire time we were there.
This mirror was adjustable and could give some awesome reflections, like the one above!
I could have played all day with the "engineering" legos. Ashtyn and I both had a great time!
The highlight of the museum was the 6 passenger bike. We filled it up and took it for a 20 minute ride. It was amazing and fun. It wasn't made for tall people, so we really had to work on the hills.
On the way back to the museum, we decided to stop by the Burger King drive-thru with our cool bike. The food wasn't that great, but the kids thought this was a really cool thing to do on the bike. We got some great stares as well!
Back at the cabin, we enjoyed some awesome ladder ball and bocce ball. The kids really enjoyed it! Alyssa and Jason celebrated our victory against Amy and Ashtyn below!
Jantzen and Aubrey were amazing spectators at the very competitive ladder-ball and bocce ball events.
The cabin had a great set of swings that the kids adored. We spent alot of time on these swings.
The girls really played well on vacation, as seen above.
With a fire in the pit, we enjoyed hot-dogs and smores!
Ashtyn really enjoys cooking marshmallows!
